[Announce-RVSitebuilder] Component development for RVSiteBuilder

Hi,

There is a bit of change which will boost up the component development 
process. This is something we didn't think about it. Reinvent the wheel 
is not a good idea. We will integrate the existing great web 
applications available in the internet into RVSiteBuilder. *The 
component development plan has been changed.*
