[Announce] Changing the loader from sourcegardian to ioncube

Hi,

If you run RVSiteBuilder lower than v1.16, you should consider to update 
it. On the latest version, we have changing the encryption loader from 
sourcegardian to ioncube. All servers should run fine without to set any 
configurations. We don't use the cPanel build-in ioncube setting in WHM, 
it can be set to sourcegardain, ioncube or none. We use our own ioncube 
loader path.

For the server that has problem and cannot upgarde to v1.16, please 
follow this instruction step by step.

1. SSH to server and remove the current license key.
cd /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/
mv rvsitebuilder.lic rvsitebuilder.lic.bak

2. Go to WHM and click RVSiteBuilder Manager. In various case, the 
correct sourcegardian license key will be downloaded to your server 
again. From this step, it should show you the RVSiteBuilder Manager 
homepage. If not, you have to email me the root access, I have to take a 
look.

3. If you are on below v1.16. Please click the 'Upgrade to latest 
version' link on RVSiteBuilder Manager. This version will be encoded 
with ioncube.
